This policy explains what personal information we collect through our website thesparkd.com (the "Site"), how we use it, and your rights. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

How long we keep it

We keep your email for as long as you're on the waitlist or until you ask us to remove it. If Sparkd doesn't proceed, we'll delete waitlist data we no longer need.

The Site isn't directed at people under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
